# Environments

| Environment | Base URL                        | Purpose                                                  |
| ----------- | ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Production  | `https://api.share.inc`         | Real partners, real subscribers, real money              |
| Staging     | `https://staging.api.share.inc` | Integration testing against the latest release candidate |

Each environment has its own credentials. Production credentials will not authenticate against staging and vice versa.
