# One-time charges

Use `POST /v1/subscribers/{id}/charges` to bill a subscriber outside the normal cycle — equipment fees, install fees, ad-hoc adjustments. The charge is collected via STK push and posted to the ledger as a normal inbound transaction, but it does **not** extend the subscription cycle.
